Mapping autism spectrum disorder protein interactions with the director of UCSF's QBI
Nevan Krogan, Director of the Quantitative Biosciences Institute at UCSF, expands on work posted to bioRxiv today showing how mapping protein-protein interactions involving 100 autism spectrum disease risk genes could advance the understanding of autism biology.
This work was led by Dr. Krogan and the following collaborators:
Matthew State - Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Weill Institute for Neurosciences at UCSF
Jeremy Willsey - Calico Life Sciences
Tomasz Nowakowski - Departments of Neurological Surgery and Anatomy at UCSF
